Word of mouth is the best way to find wonderful places to eat. So, when my friend Molly raved about a place called the Loving Hut I was more than willing to give it a try. The restaurant itself is unassuming. It sits at the end of a strip mall a couple of doors down from a 7-eleven. That, however, is simply superficial and is not reflective of the quality of food or service. Once you cross the threshold you enter a joyous atmosphere where people are busy enjoying great food.
As a testament to its quality, and its reasonable pricing, we ate there two times in a row. The first night we ate in and had the delight broccoli, vegetable deluxe, and the special rolls. The second night we ordered take out and once again ate the delight broccoli, special rolls, but this time instead of the vegetable deluxe we decided to try the lemon grass 'chicken.' I never thought that soy chicken could be so flavorful and satisfying, but it was. To my surprise I didn't miss the meat at all! Every dish was so packed full of flavor and depth that we enjoyed every single bite. I know that we will make the Loving Hut one of our regular eating spots.
I have to second this. Fun place, great, fresh food! Will be back again!
